What does the warranty cover?

A: Our warranty covers the following issues that may arise within the warranty period:

  • Hard drive failures
  • Memory issues
  • Screen/display issues (Cracked, damaged, or broken screens are only covered if the damage occurred in transit)
  • 'Dead On Arrival' batteries
  • Keyboard, trackpad, or speakers not working
  • Power Supply Unit (PSU) issues for desktop PCs
  • Power adapter cable issues for laptops

Please note that any damage resulting from misuse or accidents is not covered under the warranty. For more details, refer to our warranty policy or contact our support team at support@stonegroup.co.uk
